ADEPT Partners with Broward County to Provide PACE Program Outreach



During the months of September - October 2023, ADEPT worked with the Broward County Resilient Environment Department’s Urban Planning Division’s to provide PACE Program outreach in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD). Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a financing option or loan, not a rebate or grant, offered by external parties to both homeowners and business owners in Broward County.


Eligible PACE products reduce on-site electric usage, assist in hurricane protection, and/or produce onsite renewable electricity. ​

Projects include:

  • Rooftop solar panels

  • Solar water heater

  • Energy efficient air conditioning unit

  • Cool roof

  • Impact windows

  • Insulation and more

  • and more. ​​

​ADEPT Provided a the following Consumer Alert:

Consumer​ alert! Beware of contractors falsely using a Broward County logo or other branding to promote the PACE program. PACE is not operated or managed by Broward County Government.​





Our outreach team provided in-person street team style canvassing services deploying street teams, delivering PACE Program door-hanger style collateral to over 2,100 homes in Broward County.




The homes were located in Central Broward County within the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) neighborhoods and Broadview Park, Hillsboro Park and Hillsboro Ranches, as identified in the below maps provided by Broward County, to hang PACE program Outreach door hangers on front doors.
