The Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) taps ADEPT's Julie Ruffolo as Communications Chair

The Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) South Florida Chapter reappoints ADEPTS Julie Ruffolo to serve as Communications Chair.


The South Florida Chapter of WTS reappointed Julie Ruffolo as Communication Chair for 2017-2018. Ruffolo will continue to act as the chapters conduit of information being delivered to thousands of South Florida Transportation professionals including elected officials, government leadership and staff, engineers, planners, scientists and community advocates.


WTS supports individuals -- both women and men in the transportation industry ranging from Aviation and Airports, Maritime and Ports, Highways and Bridges and Government, such as the Florida Department of Transportation, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, transportation and mobility and public works departments. South Florida Chapter members range from leadership and staff from FDOT, MPO's, SFRTA (Tri-Rail), City's and Counties in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach and the private sector.

Annually the organization hosts several events including a scholarship luncheon, networking events and industry workshops.
